We’re excited you’re considering HV Academy for your family! Our enrollment process is designed to ensure a strong partnership between families and our program, setting each student up for success.

Step 1: Submit an Application

Begin by completing the student application. This gives us an opportunity to learn more about your child and your family’s educational goals. Please be prepared to provide the following information while completing the application:

• The student’s academic history
• Names and phone numbers of emergency contacts
• Names and email addresses of two references familiar with the student in a classroom or structured setting (e.g., teachers, coaches, Sunday School teachers, caregivers)
• For students entering 1st–7th grade: a copy of the most recent report card (public school, private school, or homeschool)
• Review of Higher Vision Church’s doctrinal statement and confirmation of parental responsibility for at-home instruction

Step 2: Family Interview

After reviewing your application, we will invite you to a family interview. This is a time for us to get to know one another, answer your questions, and ensure HV Academy is a good fit for your family.

Step 3: Student References

Families will provide two references as part of the application process. We will contact these references directly with a brief online questionnaire.

Step 4: Enrollment Decision

Once all steps are completed, our team will carefully review your application and notify you of your enrollment decision via email. 

Additional Step (If Needed): Placement Assessment

After acceptance, students may be asked to complete a grade-level or placement assessment. This helps us determine the most appropriate curriculum and ensure your child is set up for success.
